Data Rights And Deletion Instructions

Meta users can request deletion of Mekoshi connection data through Meta's app controls. When Meta sends a deletion request, Mekoshi records the request, returns a confirmation code, disables matching WhatsApp or Instagram channel connections, and removes database references to channel token files.

For Mekoshi account, seller, buyer, driver, verification, payment-profile, promotion, access, correction, consent withdrawal, or objection requests, use the privacy request form below or email privacy@mekoshi.com from the email address on the account.

If Meta gave you a confirmation code, open the request status page and keep the code for your records.
